A food and beverage experience that complements the existing winery’s heritage and is set above the often formal, typical winery dining experience — this is The Modest Butcher.

Our team touched on all aspects of the concept development and new restaurant opening. Establishing a multi-layered concept and building on a deep sense of community, our team led the development of a locally-inspired, unpretentious menu and brand that harmoniously aligns with the winery’s identity. Opened in June 2020, The Modest Butcher has quickly become the hottest destination on the Westside Wine Trail.
