Drawing on the beauty and unique situation of Nanoose Bay, we led the concept development for Seascape, celebrating local ingredients in a modern yet approachable way. With a goal to build a space that warmly welcomes locals and visitors alike, our team oversaw all aspects of the restaurant opening, from kitchen design to staff training, designer coordination and recruitment. Now open, Seascape affords visitors a compelling culinary destination that perfectly complements its incredible backdrop.
