Our team developed an engaging new concept, menu and brand for the restaurant, located in Delta Hotels by Marriott Vancouver. Finding innovative ways to incorporate regional ingredients into the cuisine, we defined a myriad of recipes and offerings. Our oversight of construction, equipment selection, kitchen design, staff training and brand development paved the way to set their team up for success. Stock & Supply has emerged as an imaginative, affable destination celebrating the best of Vancouver — past and present.
